ONLY LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 AND OLDER, ARE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY OR WIN - VOID IN PUERTO RICO
OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN: Sweepstakes starts on March 1 2005 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on April 1 at 11:59 p.m. EST unless and until otherwise modified or terminated by GSI Commerce Solutions, Inc. ("Sponsor"). Limit: one entry per person per day. Sweepstakes entrants must be at least 18 years old to enter. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on April 1 to be eligible to win.
2. HOW TO PLAY: Enter the information required on the sweepstakes signup page and click "Submit". In case of dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries.
3. DRAWING: On or around April 8, 2005, (1) one potential Grand Prize Winner ("Potential Winner") will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to this promotion. Winner will be notified via e-mail within approximately ten (10) days of drawing.
4. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner ("Winner") will receive from Sponsor one NFL Equipment Pittsburgh Steelers Ben Roethlisberger Authentic Jersey. Prize is not redeemable for cash, nor is it transferable or substitutable, except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value. All expenses not specified herein, including all federal, state, and local taxes, are solely Winner's responsibility. Prizes will be delivered to the Winner via mail. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. APR: $249.99.
5. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees (and members of their immediate families and persons living in the same households) of Sponsor, Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc., their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns ("Sponsor, et al.") are ineligible to participate. No entrant may use more than one name to participate in this Sweepstakes, and any attempt to participate otherwise will be deemed to be an abuse of the Sweepstakes and will result in ineligibility to participate in or win this or any other of Sponsor's Sweepstakes. The potential Winner will be notified by e-mail and will be required to provide certain information, e.g., complete name, mailing address, date of birth, day time phone number and Social Security Number within three (3) days of notification or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner selected. Potential Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance & Liability/Publicity Release releasing Sponsor, et al. from any liability in connection with the Sweepstakes or the Prize including, without limitation, liability in connection with any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether to person or property, including death, arising out of or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, the acceptance, enjoyment, use or misuse of any Prize. The Affidavit & Release must be signed and received by Sponsor within twenty-one (21) days of notification of selection as a potential Winner or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner will be selected. Void In Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.
6. GENERAL: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters and all respects relating to this promotion. Entering the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use Winner's first name, last initial, city and state of residence for posting of Winners on the Web site without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to use Winner's name, photograph, videotape or other likeness, address, voice and/or statements for advertising/promotion purposes as Sponsor, et al. so determine without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor, et al. have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes. Sponsor, et al. are not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person's computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor. If in the judgment of Sponsor, any Sweepstakes is compromised by viru s, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts the administration, security, fairness or proper play of any Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to discontinue, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania exclusively, and subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor. Such information will be used by Sponsor, et al. for purposes of the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with our posted Privacy Policy.
