How do I apply my ScoreCard Rewards Certificate to my online purchase?
Enter your ScoreCard Rewards Certificate code found on the ScoreCard Rewards Certificate into the promotion/discount code field during the checkout process. For ScoreCard Rewards Certificates, the total amount must be redeemed at one time. Rewards Certificates are not redeemable for online services or service items, including sales tax, shipping, gift cards, gift certificates, warranties and gift wrap. Rewards Certificates greater than $500 are not redeemable online. Some additional exclusions may apply. A ScoreCard Rewards Certificate can only be used once and is invalid after the stated expiration date.

What if I return an item that was purchased with a Rewards Certificate discount?
If you are returning the item for a refund, you will receive the amount you paid out-of-pocket for the item after your Rewards Certificate discount. If you purchased several items using your Rewards Certificate, your refund will reflect what you paid out-of-pocket for each particular item you wish to return. If an item is being exchanged in store for one of exact same type (i.e., for different size or color), you will be given an even exchange. Unfortunately exchanges are not available for online returns. In this instance you should return the product via the online return process and contact the ScoreCard Rewards Hotline to have a new ScoreCard Rewards Certificate issued.

What if I cancel an order (or a portion of an order) that included a Rewards Certificate discount?
If you used a ScoreCard Rewards Certificate as a discount for your order, please contact the ScoreCard Rewards Hotline at 1-800-440-4002 to check the status of your ScoreCard Rewards Certificate. Proof of order confirmation and/or cancellation is required.

How can I add an online purchase to my ScoreCard Rewards account?
If you forget to add your ScoreCard Rewards Card when shopping online at www.DicksSportingGoods.com, you must add the purchase to your account within 90 days by calling the ScoreCard Rewards Hotline at 1-800-440-4002. Proof of shipping confirmation is required.
