Online Gift Certificates are redeemable online only at DicksSportingGoods.com and cannot be used at any Dick's Sporting Goods retail locations.
Dick's Sporting Goods Online Gift Certificates can be ordered in any amount starting at $5.00. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. Since we only ship within the United States, the recipient must have a valid U.S. shipping address. The recipient of an Online Gift Certificate will receive an e-mail with a Gift Certificate Code redeemable only at DicksSportingGoods.com.
Terms and Conditions:
- Online Gift Certificates must be redeemed through DicksSportingGoods.com.
- Gift Certificates can be purchased in whole dollar amounts starting from $5
- Codes are activated 24 hours after you receive them.
- Online Gift Certificates or Gift Cards can not be purchased with Online Gift Certificates or Gift Cards.
- If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment.
- If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Gift Certificates account for future use.
- Online Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.
- Lost or stolen Online Gift Certificates can not be replaced.
- Sales tax is not charged when buying Online Gift Certificates; however, purchases paid for with Online Gift Certificates will be charged applicable sales tax if shipped to addresses in the states indicated here.
- Gift Certificate purchases do not qualify toward ScoreCard Reward points until redeemed.

PURCHASING GIFT CERTIFICATES
To make your purchase, simply:
- Go to our Gift Certificates page.
- Locate Online Gift Certificate and Click "SHOP NOW"
- Complete the order form to include recipient's name, email address, sender's name, amount and a brief message (to appear within recipient's email notification)
- Click "ADD TO CART"
- Proceed to Checkout once you complete your shopping
After purchase is complete:
- An order confirmation email will be sent to your email account.
- Recipient will be emailed the Online Gift Certificate to include sender's name, brief message, amount issued, card code, pin and directions on how to redeem.
REDEEMING ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATE:
Redeeming an Online Gift Certificate is easy. Follow these simple steps:
- Shop DicksSportingGoods.com and select items you wish to purchase.
- When you are ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart."
- Proceed through the checkout.
- On the Select Payments options page enter gift certificate number, PIN (found on Gift Certificate notification) and click "Apply." Repeat for all additional cards.
- If you have more than one Online Gift Certificate, simply enter each code and click "Apply" after each one.
- Amount spent will be deducted from your Online Gift Certificate balance
ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATE BALANCE:
Check the balance remaining on your Online Gift Certificate by calling a Customer Service Agent at 1.877.846.9997. When you call, be sure to have your Gift Certificate number and PIN available for reference.
