Tracking Your Order

At our fulfilment locations, tracking numbers are assigned to packages in the final stage of processing. There are several ways to access your tracking number:

  • Via your Ship Confirmation email
  • By logging into your My Account page
  • Via the Track Your Order option, using your order number and zip code
  • By calling our Customer Service hotline at 877-846-9997

Orders may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Tracking availability varies on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method selected during checkout, and the carrier of your item.

Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into its tracking system. That means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours, even though it has left our fulfillment location and is on its way to you.

Occasionally orders are delivered by a carrier that does not offer package tracking. In these rare instances you are still able to log into My Account to view your order status and other details.
