DICK'S Sporting Goods understands that sometimes your purchase isn't a perfect fit-customers can return most items within 90 days of purchase.
For convenience, DICK'S Sporting Goods offers several methods to return your item. Keep in mind these factors when making a return:
All returns must be received within 90 days of purchase.
Customers should return their items new and unused.
Purchase can be returned to any DICK'S Sporting Goods store location. Items purchased online can be returned via mail.
Items purchased through the Buy Online, Pick Up in Store method must be returned to a DICK'S Sporting Goods store.
Customers are offered refunds in the form of original payment, and returns with a gift receipt are offered a gift card or exchange.
If you purchase an item in-store you should return the item in-store, not via mail.
Customers who exchange or return their item without the original receipt or packing slip are offered a merchandise credit for the lowest price. Customers can also receive the manufacturer's contact information.
Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned. These items include personalized items, like autographed collectibles, customized items, firearms and ammunition. Software and electronic media, including CD-ROMS and computer games, cannot be returned after the packaging is opened. Baseball bats and gas or electric scooters cannot be returned after packaging has been opened, or the factory seal has been broken.
