Returning an Item
Customers can return items with 90 days of purchasing the item in-store or delivery of your online order.
Returns can be taken to any store location nationwide, no matter if the purchase was made in-store or online.
Items purchased online can be returned by mail. Items purchased through our Buy Online, Pick Up in Store program must be returned to a DICK'S Sporting Goods store.

Some items automatically come with a free return shipping label included in the package:
For all other items, a pre-addressed USPS return label is included in the package. When using this label for your return an $8.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund:
You can also choose not to use the provided pre-addressed return label for $8.00, and instead mail back your purchase using the shipping service of your choice.

Note, the packing slip received may vary from image shown above. You may receive a label that can be mailed via UPS or USPS. The use of any DICK?S-provided label will incur an $8.00 charge.
Returns by Carrier Pick Up
Typically items requiring pick up by a carrier are oversized/weight. To return an item that requires carrier pick up:
Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not the correct item you ordered, contact Customer Service to have a free return label sent to you or to arrange pick up if the item was delivered via a carrier service. You are also welcome to return these items to a store if you prefer.
You will be refunded the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Refund for Your Return
Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the return. Note that shipping charges are not refunded as part of the return (unless the item is being returned due to being damaged, defective, or incorrect).
If payment was by gift card or gift certificate, the return will be refunded back to the original gift card or gift certificate used.
When a ScoreCard reward certificate was redeemed or other discount applied to the purchase, your refund will be for the amount you paid for the item. A new ScoreCard reward certificate can be issued by contacting the ScoreCard team.
Returning a Product under Warranty
Warranty paperwork is included in the packaging of many products or is often available on the manufacturer's website. Please contact the manufacturer directly if you have any warranty questions not answered in your item's paperwork.
