Shipping and Handling Time

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States
  • Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited. For more information regarding the delivery of your oversized item, visit our Shipping Methods and Cost page

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

DICK'S Sporting Goods is pleased to offer shipping to multiple addresses. With this feature, you can send items in your Shopping Cart to more than one shipping address in just one order.

For example, if you would like to send a gift to a friend and a family member, simply enter both addresses in your Address Book during Checkout, and select the destination for each item when instructed. You do not need to place separate orders.

This feature may not be available for some addresses outside of the United States. If you are unable to send an item to an address, simply remove it from your cart and place it as a separate order.

Your Order Shipped in Multiple Packages

Items ordered from DicksSportingGoods.com may ship from more than one location. In this case the customer will receive multiple shipping confirmations and tracking for each individual shipment.

Your Tracking Number is Not Working

It may take one to two business days for the tracking number that you receive to be active in the carriers' system.

If two business days have passed after receiving your tracking number, and you are still unable to track your order, please contact us. Our Customer Service team will assist in the tracking numbers of your package.

Never Received Your Order

We apologize if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery date you were provided. Most orders contain tracking information that can be used to confirm delivery status. Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different locations at your home. If tracking information is available:

  • Track your order by using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email

    or

  • Login to My Account and select Order status

If your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been delivered but cannot be located please contact Customer Service for assistance
