Depending on the item(s) weight and dimensions and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). These options will be presented during check-out for eligible items. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Gift Cards may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 6-10 full business days.

Gift Card - Third Day, (3-4 business days)
Gift Cards may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Third Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-4 full business days.

Gift Card - Overnight, (1-2 business days)
Gift Cards may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service . You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days.

Standard, (3-6 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 full business days.

2 Day, (2 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days.

One-Day, (1 business day)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via One Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day.

Freight Delivery, (7-14 business days)
Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.) Expedited delivery not available.
The freight trucking company will deliver to your designated shipping address, unload the item from the truck and carry over the threshold into your home. This delivery method does not include fleights of stairs, assembly or debris removal.

Premium Freight, (7-14 business days)
Oversized items are heavy or oddly shaped items that must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.)
Many oversized items on this site may be shipped via a premium delivery service called White Glove/Silver Service Delivery. If this option is available it will be noted on the Product Detail page and during Checkout. Items shipped via White Glove/Silver Service will be delivered to your home, brought through the threshold, and carried to the room of your choice within two floors of the main level.
This delivery method does not include set-up, assembly or debris removal.
