Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return the item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other additional charges.

If returning by mail, please refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your item. (For oversized items, click here.) The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Customer Service Department immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning the item via mail, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Wrong Item, Color or Size

If you receive the wrong item, or if an item you receive is different from what you originally ordered, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Exchanging an Item

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item by following the Return Instructions and re-order a new item.
