Frame Technology
ABSORBER HINGES
Ergonomically designed hinges provide appropriate tension on the temples for a comfortable, snug fit.
ADJUSTABLE NOSE PADS
Allow you to tailor the position of each nose pad to fit the unique angles of your nose and keep the frame securely
on your head.
DUAL COMPOSITION FRAMES
Monel, a light, corrosion-resistant metal alloy, is fused with nylon to create a durable metal frame with the comfort
of a nylon frame.
FLEX-GRIP®
This patented frame temple technology incorporates a metallic insert embedded into the frame temples to carefully hug
your face and secure the frames in place. This results in long-term, confident comfort.
HYDRALON®
Bollé's proprietary, fortified nylon frame material is comfortably lightweight and virtually indestructible.
MICROFUSION(TM)
In our patented metal frame manufacturing process, molten metal alloys are injected into specially designed molds for
precision frame styling and design.
SHOCK ABSORBER TIPS
These Thermogrip® temple tips have a portioned metal core that allows more comfort and flexibility, while staying
securely on your face.
SPRING HINGES

Lens Technology
ANTI-REFLECTIVE (AR) COATING
Scientifically engineered lens coating applied to the back of Bollé® lenses, eliminates annoying backside
glare and ensures crystal clear optics.
ANSI STANDARDS
All Bollé lenses exceed ANSI {American National Standards Institute) requirements for UV protection, impact
resistance and optical clarity.
CARBO GLAS® COATING
Industrial strength, protective lens coating applied to both sides of the lens provides superior scratch- resistance.
OPTICS CONTROL SYSTEM(TM)
Unique interchangeable lens system lets you select the right lens for any light condition.
POLARIZATION
Embedded in the lens, this optically precise filter enhances visual acuity by eliminating extreme glare and
reflections.
POLYCARBONATE (PC) LENSES
Ultra-lightweight and virtually shatterproof. Bollé's premium grade plastic resin lens is 20 times more impact
resistant than glass and one-third the weight.
SPORT OPTICAL SYSTEM (SOS)
Bollé's patented Rx adapter design allows easy attachment of prescription lenses to their Vigilante and Parole
interchangeable lens frames.
UVA/UVB PROTECTION
Bollé exceeds the industry standard with 100% UVA/UVB protection, up to 400 nanometers.
