Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good machine for the money. We use the dimpled pitching machine balls and this machine is very accurate. The location changes slightly but I have seen much worse.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good stuff This machine has more then enough speed for little leaguers and adults. In my case I have the 30 ft cage and the balls seem to come in around 80mph at the 8.5 setting, so I still have room to increase the speed . Only issue is the auto feed gets stuck some times and you have to wait for the ball as it struggles to push the ball. It actually simulates a real at bat, he waiting and all, but I hope the auto feed doesn't burn out because it has to work so hard. The balls are sticky, so I'm gonna roll em around in baby powder. Hopefully that does the trick. It's a good time for all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wheel drys out. Not worth the money I purchased TWO of these and both did not last more than a season. The rubber pitching wheel dries out and "burns" the ball. Dangerous and not worth it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from buy heater balls!!! Regular baseballs don't work very well with this machine. The rubber tire strips the rubber of the balls. The heater yellow ball that came with machine works great. The machine is easy to use and set up. It`s not consistent though Md you cant readjust because when you do then you are WAY off. It's about 75% accurate to what you set it for.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Limited use product. NOT VERSATILEI was excited by the description and the price but..............It DOES NOT take leather league balls, synthetic little league balls, tennis balls, light weight dimple balls, or wiffle balls. We have only been successful with heavy weight dimple balls.SPEED AND DELIVER GAUGE POORThe speed gauge is inaccurate and we can not get speeds that were promised in the manual. The control for ball speed is not accurate. The control for time between balls is not variable and limits use of machine to pitching. No one wants to wait 10 seconds for a ground ball to be hit.ACCURACYOnly 70% of the balls are in the strike zone. You can not practice hitting inside pitches or one that are low and outside-not accurate at aiming.Easy to assemble, looks cool, balls get stuck often, gives off a nasty rubber smell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine for 11 year old comp team. Built and indoor batting cage in the basement and this machine is perfect. Had to figure out the math since I'm using "response time" based on the distance instead of the actual speed dial. My basement is 40’ and had several “higher level” kids practice with it and verified real life game speed and the machine settings. Using the pitching machine balls only for about 8 hours a week with no issues at all. The self-feeder is also great so we can set it up and get close to the batter (next to the net) and really watch their swing without feeding the balls manually.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Precise and Perfect Great machine for the price. Very accurate and even includes an automatic ball feeder. My son loves it and hits for hours on end.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Machine We use this with the xtender cage for our two sons who are avid little league baseball players. So far it has held up well. The neighbors all come to hit in the cage as well. We have the machine in a 24ft cage and it pitches the perfect speed for 11yr olds at about #6-7 on the dial. Our older neighbor plays for our local high school team and loves to hit off this machine as well. He hits at about #8-9. Which means we have more speed than we will ever need. Don't be fooled by 50mph rating thinking it's too slow, the closer you put the machine the faster the speed feels. In a 24-40 ft cage 50mph will feel closer to 90mph. We live in a cold winter climate so it will need to be put away during the winter, but set up is very easy. We purchased a BBQ grill cover to lay over the machine when not in use and it works out perfectly to protect it from the sun and sprinklers. Buy the yellow heater balls to use with this machine. Synthetic balls disintegrate when going through the wheel and leather are very expensive - but do work well.
