Rated 1 out of 5 by from battery died after 6 months of use stopped working after 6 months of use. Band broke, had to tape it from breaking apart.Battery life went to nothing as well. Would only last 4 hrs tops. Would never buy this product again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great band This band is a simple addition to the many tools I use to help manage my health. I have not had it long enough to learn all in/out; but from day one, it provided what I needed. I could use one more feature for cycling. But it is not essential.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far so good The screen was damaged slightly when it arrived, but the Microsoft store took care of it, which wasn't expected, but a huge plus for me. I use it mainly to track my steps and sleep, and while I've found some discrepancies, overall I think it's fairly accurate. (I have a step counter on my phone that I had been using, and there have been several times where I know I had more steps in than what the band registered, though probably not a huge amt) I love that it can count stairs as well. The only other issue that I've had, is that I don't think the sleep monitor is nearly as accurate as I'd like it to be. There have been several nights where I woke night for over an hour before I could get back to sleep....but it showed that I never woke up. I'm not sure if there's a way to "fix" that or why it doesn't necessarily register, but that's happened 2-3x total. Wearing it w/the screen on the inside of my wrist is more comfortable than wearing it out like a watch, and most of the time I'm able to forget it's even on. Overall, I'm very happy w/this purchase. It's my 1st foray into an activity band, and I'm glad I waited to try this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent The band does exactly what I need it to and looks better than the other wearables in its class.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Broken clasp after six weeks. After only six weeks the handle clasp shackled out, I used it mainly for running and cardio work in the gym. This now renders the band unusable as I have been unsuccessful in having it repaired. Now its not even charging and so, has stopped working all together :-( . I still think it is an good product, with great features. The manufacturer needs to find a solution to the issue with the band clasp, it is not a sturdy buckle at all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great features The band has easy read activity tracking, multiple features that are easily scrolled through. Unfortunately set up is a little difficult, instructions do not come with the band. The Microsoft Health app provides some guidance but if you are not tech savy help is needed. Overall I really like the band.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good tracker for the price I wanted this Band for the golf App and biking App in particular. Haven't tried the biking app yet but the golf app does work. Battery life works for more than 4 hours with golf app going, as long as it is fully charge before hand. It's very easy to load the courses to your iPhone and then transfer to your band. My issue is that the courses with play have 3 ---9 hole courses and the app will only let you load one course at a time...therefore I get only a 9 hole course and have to reload at the turn. Easy but ..... the yardage information is as reliable as any GPS tracking system. Enjoy it tracking my steps and using the SleepTime app.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best watch/activity tracker I have had yet I have owned a couple smart watches in the past but this far exceeds them. I does what it is suppose to do very well. There is some time to get used to the interface and style. I wear mine on the inside of my wrist as I have read is recommended and I leave it on all the time so it acts as a sleep monitor too. I charge it for about 60-90 minutes in the morning and I am good for the day with plenty of power left over. Very happy and recommend this to anyone who wants something beyond the basic step counter type watch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got much better I bought and returned one of these when it first came out. It was horrendous. After the software matured and the price was not so ridiculous I took another dip. It accurately measures stairs and is a nice monitor.
