Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than expected Great workout shoe. Comfortable while lifting or running. Well made, also. No signs of wear after a month of 4x/wk at the gym.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoe I bought these shoes about a month ago for crossfit and they are probably the best shoes I've ever worked out with, they are really comfortable and have a lot of grip on the sole

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around cross trainers. Had these for about a month now. I typically used Chuck Taylors at the gym due their flat soles. However, they weren't the best to run in. The Metcon 2's have not detracted from my deadlift, squat, press, and box jump form and are a lot more comfortable to run in. Although, I mainly use them in the gym and on a treadmill, I did a few short distance runs on asphalt and my knees and shins felt fine and the grip held up fine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just ok To start off with I have only had these shoes for two days. I use them at the gym for all non-olympic lifting and cardio. I would also like to mention that I am 6'2" and 235 and have been looking for a shoe that could tolerate my weight and give good support.I thought these shoes where going to be just that, but they have very little support and the fit is strange. As to the support the shoe no padding in between sole and the inside of the shoe, so apparently Nike thought it would be a good idea to make the insole extra thick, which wouldn't be so bad if the insole completely flat. Now as to the fit this shoe definitely runs a bit wide and long, I usually ware 12 or occasionally 11-1/2, but with these shoes I was in between 11-1/2 and 11.I ended up buying the 11-1/2 and my heel doesn't seem to be planted in them and the non-existent arch support seems to be causing pronation. So at the end of the day DO NOT BUY THEM!This is not to say that I don't like Nikes, this shoe sucks, I would highly recommend the Nike Romaleos Olympic weight lifting shoes, however they are a very specific lifting shoe.

Thank God Dick's Sporting Goods let me return them The shoes felt like I was walking on cardboard. For the price, they were weak at best. Thank god Dick's Sporting Goods allowed me to return them.
