Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great support & pain reduction I've had a mild strain in my groin/adductor soft about 2 years. Time off hasn't helped. I've been able to work through it and continue to perform deep squats but it's gotten worse in the last 2 weeks. Today I bought the thigh sleeve and had virtually no pain in my inner thigh like I do anytime I squat, do mountain climbers or anything like that.I've read several reviews where people complained that the sleeve slid down the leg. My sleeve stayed put through my entire workout. There is a rubbery pattern printed inside the sleeve that helps keep it from sliding especially when it's wet or sweaty. For what it's worth I would recommend to go at least 1 size down from what is specified on the package. My thigh is 23.5 inches measured 9" above the knee and I got a medium. The range for medium is 18.75 - 20.25.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sleeve slips I pulled my hamstring and needed this compression sleeve so I could continue to run. I agree with the other reviews that the sleeve does slip, I had run about 10 feet and not even sweating yet. I have a 21in thigh, bought size Large, I used a knee brace over the bottom end of the sleeve and it worked flawlessly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good support... I am an elite bowler and weight trainer and this thigh support has helped me with both. For the bowling side, I am able to wear the brace through an 8-game block and the sleeve does not fall during those matches. However, it did start to slip after the cool down period, so on average it maintained to stay on for about near 4 hours even after my competitions. Later after, it starts loosening. During my weight training, the brace sticks on even through flexibility. I have not suffered any strain or pain while wearing this sleeve, not even any circulation loss. Great product and highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pulled hamstring I bought this to protect my hamstring while i played. it worked amazing. I was pretty scared to re-injure myself but this sleeve prevented me from a full stretch which helped keep me from pulling it again. a lot of other reviews complained about it slipping off but i had no problem make sure you get the right size and it will work great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from unaccceptible Although this sleeve was tight, it would slip with each step. Useless to me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Try wetting the inside I have had this product for about 4 years. To help control sliding down my leg, I wet the inside (moist, not soaking). It does a pretty good job of keeping it in place - I compete in triathlons and it has worked well with no need to pull it up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Less than poor Had it on for 30 seconds when it came off. After experiencing it I read the reviews and comments about the product. I was shocked to find out that all the comments stated the same problem with the product slipping within seconds of wearing it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works, but Won;t Stay Put The good news is that this compression sleeve sooths and protects an aching quad muscle. That's the plus. I originally bought the medium, but it slipped down as I walked. So, I ordered the small size. It still slipped down, just not as quickly as the larger size. I walk about 30 yards and the sleeve slides down to my ankle. So, my solution so far has been to wrap a wide Ace Bandage around it, then go up around my waste with the bandage, then back around the sleeve and tighten it. That works, but I may try other methods to keep it from slipping down, such as sewing or gluing strips of something on the inside that would keep it from slipping.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will Not stay - slips down in short distace of walking I bought it at the store and got the smallest size they had (M). It seems like the perfect fit, but it still slides down. I have a quad muscle injury and I bought this to wear while bowling. It simply will not stay up. I can walk about 30 feet and it has fallen to my ankle. Got to return it to Dick's and get something else. I read you can buy I could try what some others have tried - a product called "It Stays" which is used to hold clothing straps, etc. but that could get very expensive over time. I would like to find a product that works.
