Rated 4 out of 5 by from 70 mph for 6 hrs with no issues Sold! At first it was difficult to put together but it makes sense after the first install. Fits on the back of my chevy suburban with one bike and made a 6 hour trip with no issues. Also fit on the back of my toyota camry with no issue and made a 7 hour trip. I take my bike with me to school so the mount kts a must have.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage I have 2 medium men's Cannondale bikes and believe me, I take care of them. I did not just "throw" them on the rack like the store associate claimed. It gauged the heck out of my bikes despite wrapping and moving them every which way. This bike rack does not fit 2 bikes. Simple as that. Do not waste your money or time trying to finagle your bikes on here. I'm not happy this thing ruined my bikes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too complex and poor build quality Just spend the extra money and get a good Thule rack.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT for two bikes This rack will not fit two bikes without scratching them (both of my TREK's are now needing paint repair). The bars are so short that the bikes scratched the back of my trunk so much that my car will need to have sanding and repainting done.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Inexpensive and Easy to Use We bought this bike rack to take on vacation to Acadia National Park. We rented bikes there, so we only used it for driving around the island. It was easy to put on the car and easy to load and unload with bikes. The straps are very long so you have to tie them to keep them from flapping around when you drive. The bikes were very secure on the rack. The straps did loosen a little after about 5 days. They were fine when tightened again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Try it out, if possible, but we had major issues Returning it. Structural quality is great - typical of Thule, but there was a host of problems. We couldn't get 2 full size bikes on it. The arms are so short (only 9" long, and you can effectively only position the cradles about 6" apart). For our 2 bikes (Gary Fisher hybrid, and a Jamis Citizen) there was no way to get them aligned (pedals, handlebars) so that they fit that close together, plus the inside bike's pedal was against either the trunk or the taillight (2009 Malibu). Also, the hook-like end pieces are so high that we had trouble getting the bikes up and over it - and we scratched the frame of the Jamis because there are big screws sticking out of the bottom of the end pieces. Finally, there is no anti-sway attachment on the cradles. There is a long strap that you can wrap around the bikes, but all that does is mash the bikes together AND pull the inside bike's pedal harder against the car. Maybe it works better with different bikes.
