Comments about Garmin Forerunner 301 Wrist Top GPS and Heart Rate Monitor:

I'm now on my 6th Garmin product...I have loved them all. I'm now using the 405 Forerunner, but I've had its parents and grandparents, including the 301. The only thing I'd advise is don't take this or any heart rate monitor too seriously. During some races, my HR got up very high. Comparing the monitor to a stress test provided very different results. The explanation given was anatomy and/or excessive sweat causing extra beat readings. But otherwise, a truly amazing line. Much cheaper than a gym and gives out info that you'll really use.

A must have for anyone ...

Pros:
Comfortable

Comments about Garmin Forerunner 301 Wrist Top GPS and Heart Rate Monitor:

A must have for anyone wanting to track their exercise progress. Even without the GPS mapping, it is well worth the price, but this feature makes it doubly good. Not as nice of maps as some color GPS systems, but still, very workable for jogging and biking in areas you're not familiar with, or for mapping routes beforehand. NICE DEVICE!
