Power Balance Wristband
I do seem to get some relief from shoulder pain (2 rotator cuff surgeries) while wearing the Power Balance band. However, the discs will turn a nasty black if allowed to get wet often. So I remove mine when water is in play. But the bands themselves break so easily, it's not hard for them to begin to crack and eventually break. This is my third, and LAST one, if it breaks again.

More style than substance
I am not sure how well this product keeps me in balance but I like the style and in my mind it works so it is worth it to me.

Not enough colors to choose from
I wear this band every day. Don't know if it really does what it says but I like the look too. I like the material the band is made out of, it streeched nice and seem to be pretty strong. The hologram inside does wear off as this is my third or fourth band

skeptical
I dont know if it is mental or not.I wasnt a believer. Had it on for a week before playing golf. didnt notice anything.Played the best game of golf yet. definetly will continue to wear it. Looking at it makes you think focus. I see why so many athletes wear it. I read the horse that won kentucky derby had one in its bridal.

Power Balance wrist band
Never determined if it worked. One hologram turned black after a few days, then the other one started turning black. It did not appear to work for the few days the hologram was intact.
