It is what it is I like the style of the product and as to the actual performance for me it's more of a mental thing. I don't true believe what it clams it can do but I like it so I wear it. This is my third one because the hologram has wore off of the other ones. The nice thing Dick's has replaced them but Dick's only has had black or white ones in the store, so that is the down side.
