Extremely lightweight and incredibly sensitive, the Wright & McGill « Skeet Reese Micro Honeycomb series takes advantage of unique blank technology to provide incredible strength and performance. Each Micro Honeycomb rod is built with three layers of carbon wrapped around a high-density graphite core, reinforced by woven fibers, and then bound together by W&M's Micro Honeycomb resin to deliver uncompromising action.

These Skeet Reese rods also feature micro guides that work together with the blank to enhance bit detection. Thanks to the split handle design and large fighting butt, Skeet Reese Micro Honeycomb Rods offer comfortable control with plenty of backbone for a variety of applications.

Rated 1 out of 5áby Liked the rod but it broke! Broke in 2 places near the tip while setting hook on 12 inch bass! November 12, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5áby Product feels well made and durable I fish 3-4 days a week and have been working this rod hard... its light weight with good sensitivity yet has good backbone to land the weight challenged fish. November 6, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5áby WOW Broke another I have used this brand of rods for some time now ,today I broke another one today ,that 3 out of 7.Any one know of a better rod in this price range. Will not buy any more . September 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby Perfect fit I bought this rod as a present for my boyfriend. Although he is the one who fishes with it the most, I have used it several times. During those times of use, I was extremely satisfied with the rod and now argue with my boyfriend so that I can use it... Great! June 26, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby This product has great features I would and am recommending this product to all of my angler friends. June 12, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5áby rod tip rod tips r bad on these don't last rest of the rod is nice June 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby soft tip with a ton of backbone i fish 1/4 to 3/4 ounce jigs on 30lb braid with this rod. it has great feel with plenty of backbone to move the fish out of cover. long accurate casts are easy. short pitches can be executed easily as well. August 8, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great flipping stick I needed a flipping rod, but found the 7'6" rods were too long for me. This is plenty durable enough to pull in 10+lbs of large-mouth bass. The micro guides made it hard for heavy braid, but with 20lb monofillament it's perfect. EXTREMELY SENSATIVE!!! April 4, 2011
