The concept works very well. This particular kind does not stick at all. About five minutes into a workout, it's already falling off. Not ideal. I think the Pro works much better, but Dick's does not sell the Pro, from what I saw. I would recommend the Pro to someone, but I would not recommend the original.

KT Works
I couldn't believe it, but KT tape actually works. I'm not sure how, but it does. I recommend buying this product.

KT Tape is Awesome
KT Tape was Awesome been having pain in Hamstring area when running lang distance and the KT Taped eased the pain!!! Great Produt and the Girl in the Sports Dept was a Great Help with my Purchase in the Paducah Ky Location!!

best thing ever!!!
I am a runner and get those wonderful things called shin splints. Using KT tape to tape for shin splints is the only relief I get!

KT Tape is pretty good
It really helped me with shin splints, I wish it was a little stickier , the only problem I have had is that when you sweat it comes off very easy. And considering the price I would think it would be a little better. But when it does stick, it works great.

Hard to choose bad or good
I got KT tape because I have a knee injury from over use and weak muscles and i play travel soccer . I didn't know there was a difference between KT pro and KT. I have the KT and it started to come off during practice but most of it came off after a shower. Besides all of that it worked and was good.

Great product
really helps relieve pain. watch the KT instruction video on how to apply it on their website. I had IT band issues on my outer knee and watched the video for the application, followed it and since then my runs are pain-free. Great product!!!

Love It
I have a tight Achilles' tendon and plantar faciitis. This tape really helped alleviate much of the pain in my arches and ankle that I normally get from longer runs.
