Perfect for lakes
Lakes where there is a presence of heavy logs or structure it is really productive. Does not spook fish, good power and does not eat up battery power.

great motor
I have a 30# minn kota C2 and wanted something the fight the wind a better. In central Texas the wind is at a constant 10 - 15 kts on the lake. I bought the 55# minn kota C2, I was initially concerned about the power usage, but after all day on the water trilling all over Still house lake, I am no longer concerned. I have a pelican 10? bass raider purchases at academy configured with both 30 and 50 # trolling motors attached with a single deep cell battery; the size is a 105 AMP Hr (27CDMCST) Exide from academy. I max out the boats weight limit at 650 Lb and often use both motors at the same time, and I have had no battery issues after spending 10 hours fishing. The point I?m trying to make is don?t get hung up on the 55 lb Endrea Max because it says it lasts 5X longer if you?re like me and charge your battery after every fishing trip you will be find. Oh you will also save about $70 as well. If you turn the power straight to 5 the motor will put you in your seat.

plenty of power
Been out 2 times so far I n my boat and it moved out quickly. I have a 10 foot water tender boat and I got across the lake very fast.

nice motor had the 30 on my 10' jon,upgraded to a 12' v-haul with the 55.never ad any problems with them.

great product
I use this motor on a small boat thats like a john boat and it works great. I can get a good 6 hrs of full power when i stop to fish and 4 when i ride around, I would recommend this instead of traxxis if you dont want to spend the money.

Trolling Motor
I really enjoy my trolling motor I purchased from Dick's. Excellent quality and does it's job. I received very good advice from the staff at Dick's about the appropriate size motor I would need for the boat I bought from them also. I would recommend these products to anyone.

Very easy to operate and set up Using on a scanoe only thing could have a longer extention for throttle to extend or be removed.
