Rated 3 out of 5 by Razor MX500 Our son was so excited to get this dirtbike. My husband and son put it together. It was immediately a problem with a stripped bolt that came from the factory that way. Fortunately, my dad new how to re-thread it. The very next day, a wire came loose from the battery to the motor. The bike only ran if you juggled the wire and hoped for the best. It was immediately taken to nearest Razor authorized repair shop. We are on our way to pick it up now. We certainly hope this matter is resolved. Of course, it was under warranty, but is was a lousy way to start out!!! Not to mention it is difficult to get this dirt bike into a truck to bring it to the shop. We had a smaller one previously, and it did bring our son a lot of joy. It's a good toy if you live in a quiet neighborhood without a lot of traffic. The battery does not last long though.
