bad product
Used just once and the high pitch noise this has caused severe ear pain and I continue to have problem in my ear. Do not use!!

Lack of ease to use.
I use the product as a hearing improvement, as an aid to hearing. It seems to work well, but is hard to ajust for my needs. The volume control is hard to turn. I can't use finger tip control for the volume control. Is ther a nest higher device i can get and how. good product - poor ease of use.
