Fits comfortably, easy to use when necessary... true running companion!

Jogger's Mace
I bought two of these for my nieces when they got their first apartment. Their dad and I had always told them to carry mace with them when they were out by themselves or in an unfamiliar setting. Their comment back was that they did not want to carry something big and bulky and besides it would probably be knocked out of or hands when we tried to use it. Not with the jogger mace though. It is compact enough to fit their hands, has a little strap on it that they can use to keep it in their hands and hold on to it. They have loved them. They feel much more safe walking to their car at night with their Joggers Mace in their hand and their store manager at their side! Thank you for such a great product!

Perfect for joggers
It fits my hand and is adjustable. It's discrete and doesn't distract me while I'm running. I run on trails early in the morning when it's just starting to get light out, so I like to have some sort of protection. I also carry it when I'm walking home late at night.

Bite marks to prove it
The spray came out as a fine mist, reaching about 3 feet. Didn't phase the medium sized dog in the least as he chomped on the back of my leg, leaving a nice ring of teeth prints. It didn't even slow down the three-legged chihuahua backing him up -- now that's pathetic.

Jogger Review
I can't give a full review as I haven't had to spray someone yet to see if it really works:). I can say that its very light weight and so easy to carry that I don't even really notice it in my hands.
