Great for beginners
This ball is great for working with beginners, it's rubber so if it hits them it won't hurt, yet it is realistic, has raised rubber to simulate stitches and its the same weight as a baseball so much better than using a tennis ball.

I purchessed this for my 5 yr old grandson.I feel it's good for kids learning because it's not as hard as L L balls but still around the same size&weight

good product
We purchased this ball for our 4 year old son who just started playing T-ball. We didn't want a hard ball, but we wanted something with some weight to it. This ball does bounce and this is not the ball that a T-ball team would use in a game or practice. It works well for us and what we wanted it for.

Great Practice Ball for Home
This has been my sons first year playing ball, and he's definitely never ever seen a pitching machine. After getting one of these to help him practice at home, I feel better knowing that it's slightly softer that most baseballs so I don't have to worry so much about severe injuries.

This is a great practice ball for kids. I have a 4 year old and I'm not affraid of it hitting her because it is soft but not too bouncy.

The perfect dinging around ball!
