I have had many hiking bags & the Helena from CamelBak is the best by far! I'm usually out all day taking photos while hiking & this bag fits a change of clothes, rain jacket, sandwich, flashlight, first aid kit, extra camera & maps. I've had this bag for 5+ years & it has taken a beating & has held up wonderfully.
It is a perfect fit which is hard for me as I am short 5'0" & have put on some weight lately. The adjustable waist strap fits my skinny sister as well as me.
I would recommend this bag to anyone out for a day hike (or overnight hike if you don't need to pack a tent).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Connie45 Excellent Product
Excellent product, I walk 8 miles 3-4 times a week and some times it is cold out when I start, but while I am walking and get hot I can remove clothes and put them in the backpack or take clothes out of the backpack when I need to. I don't have to tie my jacket around my waist anymore and I don't have to carry a water bottle or my keys and I can keep my wallet with me instead of leaving it in the car, excellent product.

I love Camelbak packs! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's marketed as a women's bag, but it's pretty big. My wife is pretty short, and it fits her, but it's a little big. Other than that its awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Five Absolute standard for portable hydration
Doing extensive backpacking in preparation for Philmont Scout Ranch trek - Camelback is the best personal hydration system you can buy because it is comfortable, holds the right amount and works with your gear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GolferGirl Perfect backpack for day hiking
This pack has it all. Great CamelBak hydration system in convenient pocket as well as several other pockets for all your daily needs on the trail. Waist belt for stability. Easy to see yellow color. My only negative comment is I couldn't figure out where you are supposed to attach your hiking poles.
