CamelBak Rim Runner 22L Hydration Backpack 4.7 5 21 21
Great backpack This is my first hydration backpack and I love it. It is versatile and spacious enough to pack clothes for my rides into work, yet can cynch nice and tight if the bag is minimally loaded. There are two different sized main compartments and smaller pouches for personal items. Overall it is a fabulous bag that is well worth the money! August 28, 2014
Second CamelBak I lost my first CamelBak to divorce. They have made some improvements since my first. Not the least of which is the quick connect for the drinking tube. The pack itself is durable and lightweight. Perfect for hiking and mountain biking. I purchased this with the expectation that it would perform as well as my first CamelBak. Very pleased by the improvements to the bladder system. August 27, 2014
My camelback purchase The young man who helped me walked me through all the backpacks and described what each was for and how they worked. Spend time with me without acting hurried . The pack I bought (his suggestion) was perfect for the dayhiking with my family. He was really keyed into getting me the right item for what I wanted to do. With the larger bladder, I never ran out of water(I dehydrate easily) and it was so comfortable to wear. Kudos to this man.. If/when I purchase anything else, I know that the service will be great. love it This pack has everything you need for an all day hike. April 30, 2014
Great product Great product. Just what I was looking for my hike April 16, 2014
Worth the price You find less expensive hydration packs but none better made or designed. From the air channel padding against your back to the easy removal of the bladder. Every part is well thought out and constructed to last. Your body does not transfer to the bladder allowing it to stay cool for hours. The padding on the contoured shoulder straps is thick and extends well down the strap fit all size of users. The wide mouth on the bladder makes it easy to fill with ice and liquid. When your done its easy to clean. you can also get great accessories for caring for the bladder. October 29, 2013
Awesome Hydration Pack I have a love for well made and engineered things and when it came to buy a hydration pack it was going to be the Camelbak. I mountain bike, ride my horse for hours on trails and ride my dirt bike in places that most people wont consider riding and because I'm out in areas that could take days for me to get back if I were to have a problem I needed a hydration pack that was easy to carry, small enough to be comfortable but big enough to haul my survival gear and the Rim Runner really does a great job of being just the right pack. If I'm traveling light the bag straps down to compress the compartments, if I carry lots of stuff it expands to a pretty good size. The water bag is by far the best I've used out in the field. I also used a military version in the Air Force that was also outstanding. This is a great bag and well recommended. January 16, 2013
Perfect for hiking Grand Canyon South Rim trails Convenient to use, fill the reservoir. Comfortable. Holds the extras as well. November 22, 2012
Great, comfortable and reliable daypack I am an active person and avid hiker. I used this daypack to hike Mt. Whitney in the Sierra Nevada Mtns(CA). The Camelback Rim Runner met my needs and was very reliable. I was looking for a daypack that would carry: 3L hydration, comfort, light clothing and minor neccessities. I was extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend this pack. I didn't even feel like I had the pack on my back, even after 22 miles in 12 hours. October 18, 2012
Ideal for Hiking I picked this backpack because I needed something that would hold enough water for an all day hike, 3L seems to work well. It has the 4 point shoulder and waist straps to relieve weight from the back. I use the extra pockets to carry small items such as a compass, tissues, etc. The zippered compartments allow a section for food, a section for maps (etc) and a section for the camelbak pouch. Unlike the store-brand knock off I previously bought, the pouch is easy to fill, has a notch so that it doesn't sag down to the bottom, and disconnects from the tube for easy cleaning. If I could improve one thing, it would be for the makers to mention if it's water proof on the tag. September 13, 2012
