Great product
Allot warmer than i expected it to be, big enough for layering and staying warmer. And very well constructed. Definitely would recomend to anyone hunting in snow.

not for hunting !
Hunting themed jacket, but not for hunting. Notice how the maker described the jacket? The material they used makes more noise than walking in the woods. Deer can hear you coming a mile away.

Heavy Snow and Wind
From my knees down I was soaked but it was cozy under the red. Excellent heat retention. Buy it big and wear anything from light to super warm underneath. Well worth the price in Minnesota. Needs a back tag mount for Wisconsin hunters.

Wide Load
This coat has to be made cheaply and in a hurry judging by how many cut seam thread scraps are all over the coat. If you can't clear the garbage threads off it, well, you figure it out. I'm 6'1'' 180lb, athletic build. I'm not built like crazy but I'm not the smallest guy on the planet. I ordered a size large to get some space underneath but it is way too much. The coat would be great if the bicep area of the coat wasn't so big I could fit an NFL football and my arm into. The coat also has a nylon swoosh to it and isn't really that quiet. I am no doubt going to return this coat. I cheaped out on this one and it's pretty much not what I needed. Serves me right for not finding some kind of surplus.

good to wear alone in cool weather, great topper for cold weather. Waterproof! Good quality fabric.

Great Purchase
I purchased this jacket approx 2 years ago and have not been disapointed. I have taken it bear, boar, and deer hunting and it held up through heavy rain and even survived a nasty briar patch that has shredded many other orange vests. It is not insulated so you should definetly layer up, but I like having that option vs being stuck with a bulky jacket that can only be worn while sitting in a stand or on a cold day. The pockets are decent enough where you could throw a few rounds or some bino's gloves, etc. Overall a good purchase and for the price you really cannot beat it. With the areas I hunt the traditional orange vest would last maybe a season and this one has lasted 2 so I am impressed.

LOOKS GREAT!!!
I have yet to get it but the camo orange look seems to suit my states requirment of orange and it looks cool. I guese its an overcoat but its great for the price.
