I bought these balls thinking knowing they weren't top of the line but at $52 a dozen they surely weren't bottom of the line. They say practice balls but some of them haven't lasted two practices. Out of the wrapper, some had stones under the covers from the factory. Those could prove costly on your $300 ceramic bat. The others are now oval after hitting infield! We haven't used them for BP yet..or will we ever. These balls are just terrible.

I bought a half dozen softballs and after I opened them up formy daughter to use the pleather was very loose on all of them. When I say loose, I mean you can move the covering so much it would gather and you could hold the ball by pinching the gathered pleather with two fingers. I definitely would not recommend these balls for nothing more than soft toss or tee work.

I bought these to use for batting practice with my 11 yo daughter. Compared to other balls normally used in games, these balls are dead. They come off the bat with a thud and do not travel very far.
