Better than I expected
The Graber Indoor Bike Trainer was very easy to put together and it was easy to attach my bicycle.
I was very impressed with the quality of the trainer for the cost. I am very pleased with my trainer and would recommend it to anybody that is looking for an economical way to utilize your bike indoors for exercise.

Great value
I ordered this trainer when it was on sale, with a coupon and paid $130 with shipping. It was very easy to set up, and came with a nice heavy duty mat to sit it on, and a bib to protect the bike frame from dripping sweat. I have it set up in my bedroom in my apartment on carpet and it works fine. It also came with a stand for the front wheel so it's not slanted. The resistance isn't insane, I am a fairly avid biker in the summer, and I do set this on 2or 3 for half an hour and I am sweating good at the end of it and my legs get tired. I do sustain 25 mph for the entire time. This bike trainer is not quiet but its not so loud that it disturbs my roommate right on the other side of the wall it just requires fairly loud music or gets your ears humming a little. Overall I am incredibly pleased after a month of using it, especially for the price I paid.

Great product
I bought this item at the store after looking on line for a great item at a great price. It is worth everything I paid for it. As a first time bike trainer user I am pleased. I spoke to my bike shop pro and knew what to look for. I didn't need to buy anything extra, it included the mat, tire riser, bike thong and metal lock nut thingy.

Loud!
Perhaps we just had a bad one... but we tried everything and this thing was just annoyingly loud. There was a loud clacking noise along with a high pitch whining sound while pedaling. Took it straight back to the store - no one could really tell us if it was "supposed" to function this way, so we did not take a chance with another.

False Advertisement!
The box was damaged in transit. As soon as I opened the box I was disappointed to find that the mat was not a Cycle Ops mat (like the box shows and like the display at the store ) The mat that came with is very thin and cheap. I was also disappointed to find out that my bike doesn't fit the trainer. No where did it say that you need a bike 26" or larger. My bike is 24" and so I had to do some research and I found a $40 attachment on the manufacturers website. I also will be buying a new tire since I have mountain bike tires. I am now poor after all the extra expenses. I might as well of bought an exercise bike. I gave an average rating because I haven't used the trainer yet. Just got the attachment.

Fantastic for the days I cannot get out
I use the cycleops indoor trainer when I don't have the time to pack up the bike and go out to ride. I love it.

CycleOps is great, Dick's screwed up
I train on cycleops trainers every Tuesday with my triathlon team at school. They're great to get a good workout in quickly and help focus on your intensity levels and form. The trainers are great but Dick's sent me a lousy mat (not the CycleOps that is supposed to come with it). The mat that they sent is not durable at all. I cut holes in it by simply walking on it in my bike shoes.[...]

Good product that could use one change
The resistant trainer works well, but the one problem is taking the bike off and then putting it back on. If the resitance wheel could be moved back and fourth with a lever it would be easier. Having to loosen the resistance each time requires setting the ressitance each time and may require several times in geting on and off the bike to change.
