good protection, but limited mobility
I sized myself on the chart given and fell perfectly into the 'adult' size. However, the shin guards fail to stay put, granted I am a very mobile catcher. They do offer good protection, so work well when I umpire high school games. The top strap is mis-sized I think on these guards. It should be bigger to get around the upper leg (I am 5'10" and 160, so not exactly large and the strap is small on me).

These are very comfortable. I like the feel and protection they give.

Great item!
This is great! I use them when throwing the ball with my JV player in the backyard, however, these guards would be great for him to use in the game as well. They are comfortable, easy to put on as well as take off.
