Great Value This is an excellent back brace for the price. My15 year old son had some muscle issues in his back during baseball and he used the brace to relieve some pressure so he could stay on the field. It has worked great and it only took a few days to break in. The only negative is that it is limited in how tight it can go, so you may want to consider something else if you are very skinny. Mediocre Back Support at Best I purchased this back support to help me in my day to day gym activities. However Even though I purchased the largest size, it still ran small, and provided minimal to no back support. If I wanted to feel compressed I would of opted out and gotten an Under Armour instead. Works great. Even helps SI JOINT PAIN I have SI joint pain. This provides great support for my back at minimum cost. Its ability to velcro tighten on both sides help to give it a comfortable tight fit. I can wear it during the day and sometimes sleep with it on. My SI Joint is feeling better and healing since I purchased this belt. August 21, 2012
One size doesn't fit all One size doesn't fit all. I wasted my money on purchasing the belt as one size does not fit all as advertised. I have a 40 inch waist and it will barely fit. In fact, it is too tight to use in any bending type situations. June 12, 2012
