Great relief for forearm tendinitis I am an active weight lifter (3-4x/week), and I lift heavy for strength, not endurance. I've had persistent problems with forearm tendinitis on the tendon which starts on the outside of my upper arm and curves over to the inside of my forearm, roughly following the brachioradialis. It bothers me with nearly all gripping exercises. I tried kinesiology tape, which does work but irritated my skin after a couple days. I'm happy to report that this support strap seemed to help considerably, and that pain is gone (after suffering with it for 6 months). In short, it works! The strap itself is easy to use and seems durable enough, but I'm waiting to see how long the velcro lasts because I keep it fairly tight. If you attach it tight below the widest part and then move it onto the widest part of your arm, you can achieve significant tension. Otherwise, it's hard to get it tight using one hand. It loses one star only because of the likely durability of the velcro and the difficulty achieving tension that I mentioned. However, it's effectiveness is definitely five stars, and it's value is excellent as well. Definitely worth a try if you're having similar issues. May 28, 2013
Great for maintaining tendon stability Torn tendons in both arms,, product provides enough support and stability to remain pain free while continuing exercising and sports related activities, May 9, 2013
Great Support product gave me the support i needed. No more pain in my forearm when i workout. March 26, 2013
one size does NOT fit all I bought this brace for my tennis elbow. The package says that one size fits all but it doesn't. Try this brace on before you buy it!! March 22, 2013
I would buy again It gets the job done. It controls the pain October 16, 2012
elbow help needs better target on the tendon...not enough pressure July 2, 2012
Works great I suffer from "golfers elbow" and this small purchase allowed me to play a round of golf pain free for the first time in two years! June 26, 2012
Too small I suppose it would work great if it were large enough. I would recomend it to someone if it looks like it would fit. April 9, 2012
Works great for the intended purpose I have had discomfort for a year in my elbow. I was told it is like tennis elbow. Since buying this band I have been fully mobile. April 9, 2012
Maybe it's mental As a therapeutic product, I've used this strap to assist with my elbow tendonitis during weight lifting. It feels comfortable and it doesn't interfere with range of motion. My elbow also feels better than it used to during and after I lift. It might be that the knowledge of the strap there provides a psychological advantage, but I think it helps. November 21, 2011
