This product worked well on my knee. I put it in the freezer and applied it for 20 minutes.

Best ice pack ever
I love these things, can't get enough of them. I am constantly icing my ankles, knees, and shoulders, and these are the best ice packs around. They stay cold for about 25 minutes, and that's plenty of time for an icing session. They're so inexpensive that I got a few to keep at my apartment, my office, and even at my parents house for when I'm visiting. I've had some that I've used for six months and they're still in great shape.

Everyone should have one
This thing is great. I seriously think any athlete should have one of these, regardless of what level of play. Freezes quick, heats up quick and is all around great.

Great for Cold, be careful with microwaving!!
As a cold pack, these are great. When warming in the microwave, per the instructions, the gel was sizzling when I took it out, and had a bit of a smell to it. In the future will warm via hot water instead.

Handy and compact
Daughter is in martial arts, this is the perfect travel size to take with us for competitions, can warm in the microwave or cool down in a bucket of ice for quick relief of sore muscles or bruised areas.

Does it's job
So far, these ice/heat packs are okay (I've only tried them cold). They don't stay cold for as long as I'd like, but for the price I paid, I shouldn't expect more.

I bought this for my bf who suffers from a herniated disc in his lower back. He uses it almost nightly. He says it feels good =)

needs extra help with staying cold
I purchased this product as a better solution to ice cubes in a ziplock bag for on the field football injuries for my Grandson's popwarner football team. I found that they seemed handy and plyable, they just didn't stay chilled for very long.

Decent Product!!!
After a long 14 hour work day consisting of lots of running and standing, I used the "Fitness Gear Reusable Cold/Hot Gel Compress" to dull the pain in my right foot. The compressor provided much needed temporary pain relief, and I would definitely recommend it.
