Instant relief
This product came in handy during our recent baseball tournament in Dripping Springs Texas. No water or ice was supplied close enough to any field and kids were feeling the Texas heat. We got the Fitness Gear Instant Cold Packs out and gave one to each kid. It brought instant relief in this case not to an injury but from the intense heat. We just wish cold effect would last longer the just 30 minutes.

Fitness Gear Instant Cold Pack -- Ok, but not great
A little smaller than I would like. Pretty easy to break and mix, not really cold, more like very cool. Doesn't impress with total time for cooling. But just a buck a piece.

Last for only a minute.
Last only a minute. Got super cold after activation but only stays cold for minute.

I would buy this product again and again
My daugher keeps them in her soccer bag. She uses them if she gets hurt. She also shares with her teammates.

it feels so good
If you need cold on the go this is it. I keep some in my pack so that when my knee is acting up I can take the pain away. It's better than ibuprofen.

don't waste your money
Packed this ice pack in my daughter's soccer bag for a little relief when an accident occurs. It doesn't work. The pack feels chilled for maybe a minute and that's it. We tried a second and third pack in case the first was bad, but they all worked that way.
