IT Band issues solved! I've been training for the mini, hit a road block about a month ago with my IT band pain. I couldn't go more than 2 miles without it flaring up and grinding me to a halt. I got this knee brace and am able to run without pain. I am also stretching more, using a foam roller, etc. - but this brace put me over the top. If you have IT band pain, I'd try this. Worked great until... We purchased this product post meniscus surgery. My daughter liked this one over a lot of the others because it was adjustable and she was able to tighten it around her tiny leg. However, after the first 3 weeks of wearing it, the velcro would no longer stick together. We came in and exchanged it for another one. We got the exact same one in hopes that the first one was just damaged, however, after a few weeks, it did the same thing. We liked the product, just wish it had lasted a little longer. Stability & Support Has provided me with the support I need with minimal to average activities. Mild exercise, walking and some intermittent jogging. Outdoor activities such as cutting lawn and yard work etc.... Overall - I am pleased with the value for the price. The only con is the fact that from time to time you may need to readjust, retighten the support due to it slipping downward. I for one do not like to tighten the support too tightly and that I'm sure to be a contributing factor - however. The knee I use this support for has had Patella, MCL and meniscus problems in the past. Would I recommend the purchase ? YES ! In fact I have purchased an additional one for myself to rotate from day to day and they are washable. I would wash separately due to the fact the velcro will tangle up with whatever else it finds in the laundry..... October 16, 2012

A good value I wear the knee support when running and it provides great support and allows me to finish my run without pain or fatigue. The support is adjustable which allows a good fit and is comfortable during my entire run. I would buy it again! July 16, 2012
