Rated 5 out of 5 by Tmbrghst Knee Wrap Having some Osteoarthritis in my left knee and needing to ice my knee often, this has made the process much easier and less messy. I understand it can be used to heat as well, but I've only used it to ice. April 21, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by LadyVolsFan Fine, but not great Bought this to ice my elbow due to tendonitis. Hot/Cold gel pack that is included is supposed to stay flexible when frozen--it does not. Freezes into a solid block, which makes it very difficult to fit in the sleeve and wear. I have another truly flexible gel pack that works fine in this sleeve so I use that. It would have been nice if the one that was included worked as advertized. The sleeve itself works as intended. February 27, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by active family not as claimed It claims the ice is flexible to wrap around knee, it was not....it was hard like normal ice October 17, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Turtle Should have read the reviews first Gel ice pack freezes like a brick which renders the flexible support completely useless. Perhaps the company should have tested their product in a real freezer before making a claim like "always stays flexible". June 29, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Greg This STINKS! Freezes solid as a rock Right on the box it says it will freeze but remain flexible, wrong. I have other gel ice packs that do remain flexible. I bought one and took it home and it froze so hard it would not even fit in the wrap. Took the first one back got another one same problem. The wrap seems great but the gel ice pack is terrible and does not do what is advertised on the box. May 21, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Rocky Needs a different gel pack When you freeze the gel pack that come with this product, its gets very hard. It is hard to get it to wrap around the knee or elbow when frozen. The gel pack needs to be a soft form so it will bend around the knee or elbow when it is frozen. May 7, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by FS Great product!! This is a great product. My son plays basketball and injured his knee. This was a great product to utilize for icing his injury. He now uses it to warm up before and after the games. Great buy for any competitive athelete that wants to take care of their body pre and post workouts/games as well as for those who are in need of rehab. May 4, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by baseball mom does not work as stated We bought this and the shoulder version for my son to use after pitching. It seemed like it would be good to keep the ice where it was needed. But the problem was with the ice pack - it got like a block of ice and was NOT flexible at all as the package states. It won't fit into the sleeves at all. A frozen bag of peas would work better. Rated 3 out of 5 by golfnut less than expected! The multi-puspose support is well designed and is fairly easy to use. The gel pack, however, is another story. It does not stay flexible when cooled in the freezer as per the instructions. This will require using icie bags or some other source of cold compress. February 19, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Tennis chick Not flexible when using as cold pack I bought this to use as a cold pack to wrap around my knee------it just didn't work that way. The directions to use said to freeze for at least an hour which I did and found that it was not even cold feeling when inserted in wrap. The directions then stated that after use to freeze for future use which I did overnite. The next day it was a frozen stiff solid pack that was not flexible even though it states right on the gel pack "always flexible". I would not recommend buying this product and will be returning it to the store. December 27, 2011
