Rated 4 out of 5áby Lovell Looks like it will do the job Purchased the knives to go on life vest while kayaking. Only issue I found with then is the cord on the handle could be a little longer so you can put it around your wrist so you won't drop it if your using it in the water. Ended up replacing the cord so I could extend it 2 more inches. Otherwise knife look good May 12, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5áby Tester101 Decent knife This was a great knife while it lasted. I have had it for less than a year and the sheath has mould on it and the blade is rusty. So make sure that you oil it regularly before it's to late. Overall great knife besides rust and mould. Also the plastic pouch on the back rips easily. May 11, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5áby Aj94 Good knife, cheap everything else. Purchased this knife thinking it would be awesome. If I were to bring one thing with me into the wild this would be it. Had two big problems with this product. Within the first day of buying it the plastic on the sheath had already broken from sitting down with it on, had to return it thinking there was something wrong with the one I origanally bought. Recieved the next sheath hoping I wouldn't have this problem again. Didn't break again, have had it for about a year now. Second big problem with this product was the fire starter. While using the knife for the first time out in the woods, the fire starter didnt seem to want to stay in its designated spot. Fell out once, luckily I caught it. It then fell out a second time and I lost it. I now am forced to buy a second fire starter online for five dollars. I am not happy with this outcome. January 11, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5áby Steve Sweet Knife This knife is totally awesome. It's super sharp, the cuts on my hands prove it! It also comes with a totally practical guild, not to give much away but I learned that laying on the ground is the symbol meaning "Needs medical attention." The knife also comes with a fire starter but the real selling point for me was the rap3 whistle. Not to brag but my neighbor says he can hear me rap1ng from across the street! March 10, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby Bo Awesome knife I have been using this knife with my hunting supplies. It is turning out to be the best and most practical knife I have ever used! Super sharp high carbon steel and the fire starting feature is awesome. The knife has a sweet look to it too!! A knife in my book!! February 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby Chad72 Solid Knife This knife is solid and keeps its edge through many uses. Grip is user friendly, though it looks a bit tacky. Survival guide included helps set your priorities quickly in an emergency. January 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby paul like the multiple compact features This is a very good knife though the sharperner good have been easier to understand but when I go hiking I always bring it. I also feel very confindent that this knife will work when needed to. January 5, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby Nick Excellent knife This is an extremely nice knife. It has many uses and functions. I am an Eagle Scout and have used many knives and coated Gerber knives are among the top I have used. The groove in the top of the knife for use with flints is amazing. I have tried the keys that come with flints and they barely work. The edge of a blade works but it dulls the blade very fast. This groove is excellent because it doesn't dull the knife out and it works better than any other method to scrape a flint. The built in flint and sharpener on the case is amazing. The whistle is not extremely loud but it could get the job done in an emergency. The knife, sheath, and accessories or are well worth over $60 so the knife is very fairly priced for what you get.
