Seat that's hard to beat I purchased this seat because I wanted the advantage of having a sturdy seat to fire a gun from during hunting season. It also allowed me to use it as a pack. It has a lot of room in the zippered seat actually you can go overboard and put too much in and then have a too heavy pack. I carried a small hatchet, fold up saw, rope, a small emergency kit, extra gloves, snacks and a book and the straps held up just fine. The straps are secure but I added a little extra padding on them because of my load. I also wrapped the legs in black electrical tape for camo and noise reduction. The seat is easy to take off and immediatly sit in not like those small fold up ones in a pouch. I use it for hiking and snowshoeing, also. It may seem a little heavy and bulky at first but the convience and ease of use more than makes up for it! January 17, 2013
