Rated 5 out of 5 by Product was better than expected What was sent was exactly what I ordered and in excellent shape! January 11, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Kept Me Dry But a Little Tight I purchased these waders to use in cleaning a pond at my vacation cabin. They worked well and kept me dry for the two hours or so that I was moving around in the pond. The soles had decent traction considering that I was walking on a slippery bottom. I am of average size and height and I ordered a size 10 which is 1/2 size larger than my normal shoe size. The shoe and the body of the waders fit well but the stride and the length of the legs seemed a little snug. Bending or squatting was difficult. I would highly suggest buying a size larger than what you wear. Overall these worked fine for my purposes and I would recommend them to anyone as long as you buy a size that fits. Dick's shipping was very quick. October 19, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by So far, i'm satisfied I have not yet used these waders, but have compared them to what i remember of other waders i have owned, and these seem like they compare favorably with anything i've ever had at this, or even a considerably higher price. They look like a real value September 29, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Waders Kept Me Dry Bought these waders recently. Used them once, to stroll offshore along the beach, taking photos. The waders did what I expected them to do--they kept me dry. I ordered the boots larger than usual. I wear a 9-9 1/2 shoe. The size 11 boots fit well with crew socks on. Also, I have short legs (28 inseam) but did not have too much material flapping around. The waist belt kept them hitched up, even when I undid the shoulder straps and let the bib down. Spent an hour out there in the August Florida sun. They served me well. Good value for the price. Rated 1 out of 5 by Boots too small! Bought same brand and size about 5 years ago and they performed well, so ordered another pair online. Bad move. Wore the waders for the first time in a heavy rain to trout fish. Excellent waterproof protection and good fit except for the boots! I wear an 8 1/2, so got a size 9 in the waders. My toes were smashing against the front of the boots. After a 1/2 hour it became very painful. Hope I can return them. July 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice waders! I bought these waders not for fishing, but to walk in our pond and clean out the gunk in it! I plan to walk out into the shallow end and use a rake to pull the weeds and stuff floating on to the shore. I wasn't sure as to what size to get as I am a woman. I'm not skinny, but wear size 16 pants. I bought the shoe size 11 ( I have an 81/2 shoe) and the top fits fine. Shoe part is a little big, but that shouldn't matter too much I don't think. I figure I'll wear heavier socks. Pond is spring fed so they'll probably be welcome. June 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pleased overall These waders hold well against my chest. That is important because I use them to clean my pond, and am continually bending over. May 26, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by They work but Smell like moth balls, and tight between the legs but I manage May 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Can't Beat The Price These are true to size for boot. Go next size up for half sizes. Even with a thick sock I had room. The inseam is about 32". I think they are really made correctly because the shorter straps, with elastic rear attachment, keep your waders up snug to your undercarriage rather than loose and saggy. It's like having spring loaded waders that won't cause you to stumble if they sag. I'm 6' 220# with large football calves and with fleece sweats or Under Armour these are very warm. For the price you'd be crazy not to try them! March 24, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by They are a little short if you are over 6 foot tall I chose these waders for the price and because the previous reviews looked good. And I still think for the price they are average and maybe even good. Couldn't rate them good yet because I haven't had them in the water yet. However, as soon as I got them I tried them on. With the straps lengthened all the way out they are just barely tall enough. The size ten boot fits my size ten foot just fine. The waist fits my 38 inch waist, 230 pound body just fine. But I am 6'1" and they really aren't tall enough. I don't know but maybe a tall person should order a size bigger boot? Are there shoulder strap extenders a guy can get? Am I going to have to wear them with just one shoulder strap on? Yes I would recommend it if you are not tall. If you normally buy tall shirts or pay extra for longer inseam jeans then they will be too short. March 3, 2015
