Very big disappointment
I was looking for a set of spring clips that would allow quick removal and installation of plates on my weight bar, this is a standard diameter bar used as a curling bar and bench press bar. The clip diameter were too small to fit on a standard diameter bar including my dumb-bells. If you squeeze the clip as far as it will compress it still will not fit over the bar.
The length of the clips are too short to grasps preventing anyone from expanding the opening to slide over the bar. Very disappointed with this product, will return this item to Dick's as soon when I return to the store.

This collar simply does not fit.I do not recommend this product to anyone.

No Fit!!!!!!!!
Ditto, with ALL above. "Missed it by that much." That being about 1/16 of an inch. Close but no cigar.
Will have to return.
Don't buy.

Bad fit
The clamps would not fit on any 1" bars. I bought them for the ease of changing out weight but even with the much effort I could not get them on.

fitness gear collar
This item did not work. It says compatible with 1" bars but is about.6 off. After these didn't fit we looked other reviews up and they all said the same thing. They were returned with no problems.

DID NOT fit MY BAR.
It was JUST too SMALL. I have read around the net that you can take a ratfile and after a half an hour or so or sanding the inside of the loop it may for, but seriously, I don;t believe doing that to something you paid money for should be necessary, nor woud I want to do it, risk it not working then not be able to return it.
