Rated 3 out of 5 by Jrees OK for the price I picked this bar up to add some change in my Biceps/triceps workouts. It is what I expected it to be. The locking collars don't lock great and the hand locations aren't in the exact right spot for all curls. For the money it works well enough and isn't the main part of my workout. Most of my workout is with dumbells but this gives me flexibility in weights without having to invest another $200 - $300 in dumbells. Picked this up with some plates and a 40lb. Adjustable Dumbell Set. June 4, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Trspcok Good stuff Solid construction, but nuts slip too much, no matter how hard you tighten January 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by JB I would recommend this product. It is a quality piece of equipment, easier on the joints and I especially like the threaded collars. July 5, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Click Clack Good to start with Works good not much to it. O rings are sticky. Collars are easy to cross thread. February 27, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by jim57 could be better The locking collars spin tight but the oring doesn't really seat tight and so the collars spin loose while your curling. June 27, 2011
