For comfort, the Waterproof Dura leather and mesh upper keep the shoe cool and dry, while the bellows tongue keeps debris out of your shoe and on nature's trail. comfortable shoes
Shoes are great! They have great support and look good. Fixin to go camping in them this week so that should tell the story. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Great shoe
Great shoe. Shopped at several stores for a hiking shoe. I was familiar with the Merrell brand but have never owned a pair of Merrell shoes. Many in the industry recommended them for hiking. They will serve my purposes well. Good fit, very comfortable.

These shoes are not only servicable but very attractive.
The shoes are wonderful! They served the purpose they were bought for superbly.
I needed them to walk in wooded areas in the snow and possibly rain. Since then I have worn them to walk and shop. They are very comfortable for all occaions.

Terrific shoe
I don't generally enjoy paying $120 for shoes because I am very hard on them due to my job, but these are the best Merrel's I've ever owned. Very comfortable, lots of support, easy to keep clean and I've even cheated and used them in the gym a couple times. If you're on the go and need a durable shoe you can't go wrong.

excellent shoe, huge price
I've a pair of Merrell hiking boots, so I've some comparison of the brand. Quality seems about the same (fairly high) so far after owning the shoes for a week or so, Break in takes quite awhile; it's more a boot than a gym shoe.
The price seems steep at $100+ but this brand does tend to last forever.

Great hiking boots!
I bought these boots about a month ago and have worn them several times. They are very comfortable and great for hiking. I wore them on a snowy hike in Napels, NY and they kept my feet warm and dry. I will certainly buy another pair when needed but these seem like they'll last me a while.

This shoe is very comfortable. It replaces the same Merrell shoes that I purchased in 2010.
