Same Excellent Performance
The prior generation of Titleist ProV1x balls are as good as they used to be. In fact, I was wondering how much better the new ball is?? The only thing I noticed was that near the end of the round, if you are still playing the same ball, the white comes off and you are left with a "not-so-new" looking ball. However, the playing characteristics are still the same...great performance.

Still the best.
I use Prov1x on Par 4 , 5's and long par 3's. It is the absolute best overall ball. Good, consistant distance with driver, unbeatable for long iron play. I do use Prov1 on Par 3's for the extra spin and stopping capabilites, but to be honest on most days its hard to tell a difference.

Great distance and consistency!
Able to easily work the ball from left to right... my most difficult shot! Consistent distance and control. Two rounds... two scores of 82! Pretty good for me and if I had hit a few of those 5 and 6 footers... would of broke 80!
