Not So Bad I bought this with the hope to add just a little extra weight when I am at home just cleaning or doing other house chores. The leg weights feel a little light; I do not even really notice that they are on. The arm weights are a little big/awkward on me, but I am a girl and have rather slim arms; the weight amount is rather nice though. Nothing much to say other than it is an average product; nothing all that special. February 10, 2012

Build your speed and endurance great product ,I use them when working out to the UFC fitness game, I also incorporate them in my foms and weapons practice (a type of martial arts shadow boxing ), there so comfortable and breatheable halfway in my workout I forget I have them on, just the right amount of weight to,so you don't just fling the weight around you have good safe control.I've had mine for over a couple months now and there washable to so they smell like sweaty old gym socks after a week. Nice idea, but terrible quality These lasted 2 uses before breaking down. I wasnt even using them to practice with! I did a little weightlifting and cardio. The strap on the wrist broke and the seem on the ankle broke, which spilled all of the sand inside. This isnt the first sand-based weight equipment Ive tried to use. My recommendation, dont use this kind of item. It will break within a week every time. May 22, 2011
