Had to return this and order a heavier resistance one. It's good if you want a light one.

Keep Those Fingers Working Smoothly

Hidden Wonders
I ran across an article that stated that the dialy use of hand grips could possibly help lower blood pressure. We'll see in due time. I bought these grips, leave them in my car and use them daily on my commute to work. Each hand and each finger is getting stronger. I'm so glad I got these. My grip is getting stronger and my golf scores have gone down. Coincidence? Who knows.
