very good product. Very good hand grip. You can work each finger alone. March 15, 2015
Gripmaster As advertised. It has helped me with exercising my hands. December 19, 2014
Gripmaster Heavy Resistance Hand Exerciser Works Perfect! Great for stress, And hand strenghtening! December 2, 2014
May be a gimmick, not sure. But I like it. The individual springs on this hand strengthener make you feel like you're getting a better work out. Your strong fingers can't just do the extra work for the weak fingers as in other grip tools. I actually feel like each finger is being worked. Since the cost is roughly the same, this one is a no-brainer. November 4, 2014
Unique! It excersises each individual finger separatedly. I have two, one for each hand. Available in different resistance grades. Srenghten your hands, They'll come in handy often. October 15, 2014
Easy to use & seems well constructed I was able to try in store before I purchased the Heavy Resistance Hand Exerciser and used it for several days. I could feel a difference in grip strength, but was not able to do higher repetitions as recommend in the instructions so I purchased the Medium Resistance Hand Exerciser. I have been using the Medium Resistance Hand Exerciser for about 10 days now and can see a increase in finger & grip strength and I'm able to do increased repetitions without any issue. After only 7 days I could see better control while target shooting. October 9, 2014
Excellent for isolation of fingers and forearm muscles The fact that you can isolate each finger creates more balance in the strength of the hand and consequently, the total strength of the hand. The pinching motion with the tip of the finger pressed directly down hrts because of hard plastic on each lever so working the finger to failure is difficult. The finger pads should be cushioned like the palm rest for the pinching exercise. It works fine as a conventional strength grip however. I refer to the heavy grip version. Working each finger you feel it in different parts of the forearms. September 23, 2014
Worth it I really enjoy the individual finger feature of this. I always know that I am using as much of my grip as possible. August 22, 2014
Really works My hands and fingers feel strong and nimble after using this exerciser a couple months. If you need strong hands and fingers you should definitely try this product. As with all exercise consult a physician before starting any strenuous exercise program. August 5, 2014
Nothing else to consider I friggin' love this little machine. I've broken two of the cheaper models in the last couple of years and most of the others don't seem to offer enough resistance once you've built up some strength. I have big hands with some beat up knuckles, and this thing has been awesome at strengthening up those ligaments and bringing relief to ache prone joints. I'm also noticing a difference in the gym when you have to hold on to a heavy dumb bell for awhile - seems like my grip stamina has improved, as well. July 3, 2014
