Rated 5 out of 5 by EXCELLENT for physical therapy! I broke my index finger, had surgery, and my recovery will take up to and possibly more than a year to recover fully. The Gripmaster has been a great help in strengthening my fingers and hand. Gripmaster offers different strengths of pound resistance to suit individual needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! October 16, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent for isolation of fingers and forearm muscles The fact that you can isolate each finger creates more balance in the strength of the hand and consequently, the total strength of the hand. The pinching motion with the tip of the finger pressed directly down hrts because of hard plastic on each lever so working the finger to failure is difficult. The finger pads should be cushioned like the palm rest for the pinching exercise. It works fine as a conventional strength grip however. I refer to the heavy grip version. Working each finger you feel it in different parts of the forearms. September 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Worth the investment!!! Purchased heavy resistance model. Works better than I expected! Great because you can take it with you as well, fits in your pocket. Cheaper than on the official GripMaster site too! March 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great product only one downside Overall this product is great but wish there was a stronger one I'm not all that big and my hands and forearms aren't huge by any stretch and yea I get a decent workout with these but it takes very very high reps 9 pounds of resistance isn't as much as it sounds apparently lol still would recommend it to any one March 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Gripmaster Excellent way to strengthen hand and fingers. Using to help strengthen bowling fingers it's working great. February 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I actual use this one. I've had a few hand excercise devices and not used them much. The grip master is fun and easy to use. The Prohands web site has details on excercises which has been very helpful. I work with my hands and keeping them strong feels wonderful and makes my work more enjoyable. July 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product works as advertised The Gripmaster is great to strengthen individual fingers. I work out with heavy weights and before the Gripmaster I had trouble holding the bar the heavier the weights. Since I have been using the Gripmaster I am having less difficulty the heavier I go with the weights. February 26, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by good product i did not know the product was individual finger exerciser as well as whole hand exerciser, plesant surprise. good quality exerciser. April 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great little product I bought this to strengthen my grip for the clutch on my motorcycle. I like it because it allows you to strengthen individual fingers or all of your fingers. This would be a very useful product for someone who has had a stroke. June 28, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by May be a gimmick, not sure. But I like it. The individual springs on this hand strengthener make you feel like you're getting a better work out. Your strong fingers can't just do the extra work for the weak fingers as in other grip tools. I actually feel like each finger is being worked. Since the cost is roughly the same, this one is a no-brainer. November 4, 2014
