dumbbells It may not seem as though dumbbells were much to write about. But in terms of home-based fitness, they are essential, at least in my case. As expected Nothing fancy about a barbell but this one has some good features. It is rubber-coated and has no sharp edges in case you drop it. The bar has grooves to help you balance it in your hand by feel and maintain control of it during a lift. July 30, 2012

good quality product Having purchased one of these previously I was aware of one small issue. The hex shape weights actually screw on to the grip. The can come loose. I have taken them off and reattached them with locktite and find them to be extremely stable. April 30, 2012
Find weights elsewhere My son asked for a set of weights for his birthday. Two 5lb., two 10 lb., two 15 lb. and two 20# weights. The website said these were IN stock. A few days before his birthday I get an email that said, "your order has been cancelled" at 8:12am. A second email at 8:12 am said your order has shipped. They shipped a set missing one of the 15# weights. Why don't they have a backorder feature? I tried to order the missing weight, but they can't tell me when or if they will have it in stock again. very frustrating. October 2, 2011
