30-Pound Dumbbell Not much to say about an ordinary dumbbell. "Yes, it's 30 pounds". I like the plain painted cast iron as opposed to the bigger padded versions. And, I like Dick's selection. Dumbbells more or less every 5 pound increment. Prices cheaper than nearby Target. Very solid so not much chance of it falling apart. November 14, 2012
